Aluminum – Oversize (Full Colour Printed Signs)

Overview:

Our signs are digitally printed on a variety of aluminum signage. These are printed on our FULL COLOUR, HP UV flat bed printer. Images and logos are printed of superior quality to help your business or event look it's best. These signs are extremely versatile and durable. Signs come with 1/2" rounded corners for safety unless specified. We recommend lamination if the sign is in an area where there will much contact. IE: counter front, car washes...

Types:

1. Composite Aluminum Signs: These white enamel coated signs are light-weight 3 mm thick. Composite is 2 thin pieces of aluminum sandwiching PVC for strength. Used for store fronts signs, trailer side signs, parking signs, anywhere where a light weight sign is required.

2. 0.040 Light-weight Aluminum Signs: These white enamel coated signs are used to mount on flat surfaces, such as buildings, walls... Only use .040 aluminum if the sign is to be secured flat against a wall, or mounted on plywood for extra strength to keep from creasing.

3. 0.080 Heavy-weight Aluminum Signs: These white enamel coated signs are used for almost anything. Very strong, attach to posts, walls, fences...

Features:

1. Indoor and outdoor use, waterproof and UV safe.

2. Can not be grommeted. Holes drilled per request.

3. Images printed directly to the aluminum, not printed on adhesive vinyl then applied to the sign.  Our print will not peel off in wet weather.

Oversize Sign Pickup:

Select pick up location of choice. If you select to pick up your oversize signs from our production shop located at 4509 Manhattan Rd SE you will save $30.00 on a special delivery to the our other Digital Post locations.

Artwork Design:

We offer 4 convenient ways to place your order. 

1.0If you have already created a design, you can upload the print-ready file to our website and we'll handle the printing and assembly for you.

2. You can use our user-friendly Online Designer tool to design a personalized project that's ready to print.

3. Select one of our templates (if applicable) and customize it to fit your brand! You can edit the text, change the colors, upload your logo, and make additional adjustments.

4.0Work with a professional graphic designer on a completely custom design.
