Overview:
BOPP (biaxially-oriented, co-extruded polypropylene) labels are made from plastic film material, and are unique through being both waterproof and resistant to the effects of UV rays. If you are looking to have your design protected while eye-catching at the same time with its gloss effect, look no further. We offer designs printed in rolls of four multi-purpose shapes.
Options:
1. White Gloss BOPP Permanent: This white polypropylene film is 2.3 mil. It is used for labelling applications where resistance against water, oil and chemicals is important. Performs well in hot and cold conditions. Use this application for excellent wet-out properties, clarity, UV-stability, good adhesion properties and heat resistance or a high quality print on a low cost synthetic. (1 mil = 0.001 of inch)
2. Clear Gloss BOPP Permanent: Clear BOPP is an oil resistant, waterproof label that provides excellent clarity. It's transparent quality is perfect for labelling products while allowing product contents to remain visible. They are both flexible and permanently adhesive so they last on both rigid and squeezable containers. These labels include white only and white + full colour ink to create the true colour of the imprint against any colour item you adhere them to.
3. White Gloss BOPP Freezer: This white polypropylene film is 2.3 mil. Use this gloss white material is you need to apply at low temperatures, on frozen products, if if your item is being placed into extreme sub temperatures. Performs well in hot and cold conditions. (1 mil = 0.001 of inch)
4. Silver Brushed BOPP Permanent: This silver glossy metalized top-coated polypropylene film is 2 mil. It is used for labelling applications where resistance against water, oil and chemicals is important. (1 mil = 0.001 of inch). These labels include white + full colour ink to create the true colour of the imprint against the silver paper.
Finishing:
For better durability, choose from matte or gloss lamination.
Care and Application:
1. Pre-clean the surface with a degreaser such as dish detergent, then follow up with Windex or rubbing alcohol (whichever is more suitable to apply to the surface you are applying the decal to) This will remove any contaminants that may affect adhesion.
2. For removal: we recommend light heat (hair dryer on low heat) and Goo-Gone to remove the adhesive. Follow up with Windex to remove any residue.

2. You can use our user-friendly Online Designer tool to design a personalized project that's ready to print.
3. Select one of our templates (if applicable) and customize it to fit your brand! You can edit the text, change the colors, upload your logo, and make additional adjustments.
4. For all full colour printed decals, for best lifespan, avoid sharp points and bleeds (colour to the edge). It's best to allow 1/8" - 1/4" of white space from the edge of the print to the cut edge.
5. Work with a professional graphic designer on a completely custom design.
