These custom stencils can be cut from 8 mil polyester or 0.30 polystyrene with text or graphics.Use to mark equipment, vehicles, signs, helmets, concrete, the list goes on!
Multiup Designs/Signs - Polyester
1 up: one image/message will fill the selected page. Maximum graphic/text size is 10"x16".
2 up: two images/messages will fill the selected page. Maximum graphic/text size is 7.5"x10".
4 up: four images/messages will fill the selected page. Maximum graphic/text size is 4.5"x7.5".
NOTE: on polyester the maximum imprint area is 10"x16".
Multiup Designs/Signs - Polystyrene
1 up: one image/message will fill the selected page. Maximum graphic/text size is 22"x34".
2 up: two images/messages will fill the selected page. Maximum graphic/text size is 16.5"x22".
4 up: four images/messages will fill the selected page. Maximum graphic/text size is 16.5"x10.5".

Artwork Design:

1. If you have already created a design, you can upload the print-ready file to our website and we'll handle the printing and assembly for you.
2. You can use our user-friendly Online Designer tool to design a personalized project that's ready to print.
3. Select one of our templates (if applicable) and customize it to fit your brand! You can edit the text, change the colors, upload your logo, and make additional adjustments.
4. Work with a professional graphic designer on a completely custom design.
NOTE: The Designer Studio does not offer a stencil font to create your message, please typeset with arial and we will convert it to a stencil font before processing. Any other font will not cut correctly.
